Under new management since June 2007, The Fleur Bar & Bistro (formerly The Fleur de Lys) has been utterly transformed.
Now offering an extensive menu of imaginative dishes, seven days a week, The Fleur has opened its doors to everyone and is no longer exclusive to any particular audience – all are welcome.
Sleek new surroundings, an abundance of style and chic, contemporary décor create the perfect ambience in which to enjoy the very best in both food and drink. The newly landscaped outdoor garden terrace and covered patio are also ideal for families and sunny days.
On the decision to have a fresh flower display, new owners Neil Robinson and Stephen Chard said: “We chose to have flowers primarily to enhance the ambience at the Fleur (aptly named as we are, of course!), feeling that they fitted in with The Fleur’s new identity. We chose The Flower House as our supplier as we were looking for reasonably priced flowers of the highest standard that would reflect exactly what we are – “new, sophisticated, fresh”. We had already seen examples of work done by The Flower House, were extremely impressed by the interior of the shop itself, with the welcome we received there suggesting a really top end service.
And with one free glass of champagne per person ordering a main dish until 30th November 2007, The Fleur seems well worth a visit!
